Adjustments allows a policyholder to make changes to their policy or profile that result in an updated policy and/or premium. In concept, this is very similar to a quote/bind process except that a new policy is not created and payment is not required (either due to the effective date of the adjustment or because any payment due will be added to the renewal invoice).

Similar to Onboarding flow, customer configures a new quote against an existing policy and is able to accept a quote.
